How to Share a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Fair treatment matters when you contact Answerrelation Concrete. Please let us know when your experience falls short. This page explains how to submit a complaint and how we handle it. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns You Can Report

Contact us about:

  • Your experience using our phone or messaging channels
  • How your personal information was managed
  • Website information that seems confusing or inaccurate
  • The behavior of a provider you reached through our service

When the Concern Involves a Provider

Providers in our network run independent businesses. Their estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service are their responsibility. For a problem with work at your home, raise the issue directly with the provider first. Keep a written record of those discussions.

Please also share the concern with us. Provider feedback helps us maintain an honest network. Repeated shortcomings may result in a provider's removal. However, Answerrelation Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return payments made to a provider or act for that provider.

Send the Details in Writing

Email contact@answerrelation.living with:

  • Your name and contact details
  • When you contacted us or the provider
  • Which number you used or which form you submitted, if remembered
  • The provider's name, if known
  • A brief account of the issue and the action you would like us to take

How We Handle Your Message

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will then examine what happened. This may involve contacting the provider. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we intend to take.

Requesting Another Look

If the response leaves your concern unresolved, reply to request another review. You may also approach your state consumer protection office, attorney general or local Better Business Bureau. For matters involving licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to assist.
